What we collect

We only collect what you type into our forms. When you send a booking request or a relocation quote request, that is:

• Your name, and the company, mission or organisation you book for
• Your email address and phone number
• The details of the journey or shipment: dates, times, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight numbers, passenger and luggage numbers, vehicle preference, language preference and any notes you add

We do not ask for payment card details on this website, and you should never send them to us by email or through a form.

Our web server also keeps standard technical records, such as the IP address a request came from and the time it arrived. These are used only to keep the site working and to stop spam.

Why we collect it

• To answer your request. Our dispatch team needs the journey details to confirm your ride and quote the rate.
• To carry out the service. The assigned chauffeur or protection specialist receives only what they need to complete your journey.
• To keep our records. Bookings and invoices are kept for accounting and tax purposes.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.

Who sees it

Your information is shared only with the people who need it to complete your booking:

• Our own dispatch team and the chauffeur or specialist assigned to you
• A partner company, where your journey or shipment is carried out by one of our vetted partners, such as outside our own service areas or for coach, armored vehicle, air, sea or container shipping. Partners receive only what the job requires.
• Our email and hosting providers, which process the message as part of delivering it
• Public authorities, where the law requires us to provide it

Confidentiality

Discretion is part of our service. Every chauffeur and protection specialist works under a confidentiality agreement. Passenger names, routes and schedules are shared only with the team assigned to the journey, and never disclosed to anyone else without your consent, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking and quote records are kept for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our accounting and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your records at any time, and we will do so except where we are legally required to keep them.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your records
• Stop contacting you

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not profile visitors. The only outside service the page loads is Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces used in the design.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are sent to us by email. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords, payment card numbers or identity documents through this website.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
